Our coaches encourage clients to BE BOLD around the future they want to create for themselves, their team, and their organization.
What are their aspirations?
What would they change about their culture, careers, and teams?
If we remove all barriers, what would their future look like?
These bold conversations are then reflected in the initial coaching goals for the engagement.
Once the coaching client identifies his or her initial goals, our coaches bring in the necessary data to better inform the coaching goals and the strategies to reach them. Through stakeholder interviews, personality and leadership assessments, and data on your business, we bring our clients additional insights about their major challenges and their key leverage points so that they can GET CLEAR.
This is where the coaching plan emerges, and our clients begin influencing their organizations toward their aspirations. We start with the low hanging fruit and then take on the big stuff. There is no greater joy than seeing our clients HAVE the IMPACT they envisioned for themselves and their organizations.
